Child Support Electronic Payment
The Child Support Services Division now provides this User Guide for Electronic Child Support Payments online. The guide recommends the current formats, definitions, and procedures for State Disbursement Units (SDUs), employers, and their financial institutions to electronically send child support payments. The electronic payments, processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network, speed up the income-withholding process and allow employers and SDUs to benefit from the convenience of electronic funds transfer (EFT) and electronic data interchange (EDI).
