Q: How can I obtain proof of the child support payments I paid in the past?

A party may request a payment history or audit of their account. The requesting party must complete the Audit Request or Payment History Form and return the form to CSSD in person, by mail or by fax. The request for an audit and/or payment history will be completed within 48 hours.
